 It means that spring is just around the corner!!A

 I'm happy with that(*´꒳`*)

amongst all of that, the deadline for our 2nd Shima Shima Snorkeling Tour is approaching!!

    For reference, the term "Shima Shima" was derived from their last names.
    The girl with Yajima Maimi (矢島舞美) is Nakajima Saki (中島早貴). The "Jima" (島) is pronounced as "Shima" when not combined with other kanji word.
    Shima means island.
